Lysander Turnover Cost Calculator

Lysander Consulting has created a Staff Turnover Cost Calculator which uses the data from The Australian HR Institute - HR Benchmark Survey Standard Report from 2019. The institute conducted a survey of over 900+ HR professionals (that’s 900+ different businesses), diagnosing the costs that are incurred when recruiting (i.e. job ads, interviewing, reviewing resumes, enrolment, and the number of days to train a new employee etc).
